As a CareProfessional, you'll be a trusted companion and helper in the daily lives of our clients — many of whom are navigating aging, memory loss, recovery, or disability. you'll be building relationships, restoring independence, and bringing comfort to families who need to know their loved one is in good hands.

This role is well-suited to someone with experience in home care or assisted living settings, especially with seniors, individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's, or those with developmental disabilities — but what matters most to us is your character.

Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care

Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by following infection control best practices

Offer steady, patient companionship to clients with memory care needs, including those receiving hospice support

Support emotional well-being through genuine connection — conversation, presence, and care

Communicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and your care team

Help clients maintain their independence and sense of self, one day at a time

Experience in home care, assisted living, or a related caregiving setting

Experience with senior care, hospice, dementia, or memory care is a strong plus

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (we're happy to support you in getting certified)
