PM Line Cook This position is scheduled for PM shifts. If you are looking for work/life balance and an opportunity to be creative in the kitchen, this position may be just for you! Stocking and maintaining designated station(s).
Preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually.
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Preparing requisitions for food and supplies, as needed.
Three or more years of experience in hospitality food preparation is preferred.
Ability to obtain a Kansas City Food Handler permit is required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of menu and all food products.
Ability to make continuous and repetitive arm-hand movements (i.e. slicing or chopping food).
Ability to bend or stoop repeatedly during the shift (i.e. removing items from stoves, ovens and refrigerators).
18.00 - $20.00 per hour starting pay.
$500 bonus after your first 90 days.
