The Project Manager manages all facets of a construction program, including development, coordination, and implementation of a program schedule to ensure completion on time, within budget, and meeting or surpassing expected quality. The Project Manager leads the construction program, liaising between team members and clients on all matters. Projects range from $2,000 to $500,000 each or $1,500,000 annually.

4+ years’ experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor

Previous experience managing and coordinating multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously

ability to use RS Means or other published unit price books to produce detailed line-item estimates

Resource management of operations support staff, vendors, subcontractors, and time

Demonstrated ability to adapt and remain flexible to frequent changes in a fast‑paced work environment

Adaptation to evolving technology, design, methods, and systems (Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, etc.)

Mentor and train assistant‑level operations team members

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field desired but not required

Project Management: create and manage budgets; communicate effectively with all team members, including subcontractors and clients; ensure delivery order execution aligns with contract requirements; develop and review SOW through site visits, existing conditions, and client needs to clearly define project requirements and expectations; negotiate with client and subcontractors as necessary; coordinate project close‑out, obtain required documentation, assist in pre‑final inspections and As‑Built drawings.

enter line items into Unit Price Book software using estimating tools and systems; Subcontractor Management: solicit proposals from at least three vendors/subcontractors; negotiate delivery order subcontractor agreements; coordinate subcontractor buyout, arrange and attend site visits, and track proposals.

Scheduling: develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents for use by customers and subcontractors.

Business Development: contact new and existing customers to discuss needs, understand framework agreements, propose solutions, identify improvements, enhance customer service and retention, and grow business.

Safety: ensure compliance with HSEQ guidelines and procedures along with all local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.Travel: responsible for driving between project sites that may be miles apart or miles from the assigned office location; occasional travel may be required.

Site Visits: perform required job duties in an office environment and visits to construction sites, which may include various weather conditions.

Walk terrain and surfaces that may be far, uneven, or temporary.
