Coverage Needed
Start Date: 7/1/2026
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: 20+ shifts a month, Monday to Friday, no weekends
Consecutive shifts preferred
Open to multiple locum providers to help meet coverage needs
Clinical Details

Procedures: CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies, drain placements and management, biliary procedures, GI and GU procedures, vascular procedures and access, hemodialysis access procedures, oncology-related interventional procedures
Annual IR census: 1,800 – 2,000 cases
Inpatient: 1,800 – 2,000 annually
Outpatient: 1,260 – 1,400 annually

EMR: EPIC

Call: No

Requirements
Board Certified
State Licensure: Illinois
DEA Required
Certifications: ACLS
Minimum Experience: 1 year
CSR License Required
Must have an active Illinois license or IMLC
Clean background
