As an Operations Manager, you'll own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong provider performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. You'll build relationships, solve problems, and drive operational excellence that helps retain customers and grow the business. Own the operational performance of your assigned territory

Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service

Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth

Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage

Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results

Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
