In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring digital files are formatted and optimized for production with the highest standards of quality at our Fairfield, NJ location with the working shift Monday - Friday 4am-12pm OR 11:30am-7:30pm

Color correct imagery and make layout adjustments to ensure brand consistency, visual accuracy, and high-quality output.

Create, revise, and format brochure artwork using approved templates, specifications, and production standards.

Prepare final print-ready files, ensuring all artwork, images, typography, and technical requirements meet established quality standards.

Review files prior to production, verifying artwork accuracy, color settings, file integrity, and print readiness.

Follow daily production schedules and priorities, managing multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.

Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure color consistency and alignment with approved master samples.

Maintain and update digital master files, ensuring proper organization, version control, and adherence to established naming conventions.

Organize production assets, strike-offs, proofs, and print files for easy retrieval and reference.

Assist with print production testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Stay informed of specification, branding, and production updates to ensure all materials remain current and accurate.

Provide creative input on visual presentation, layout enhancements, and process improvements when appropriate.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with strong skills in color correction and image manipulation.

2+ years of experience with EFI XF RIP software

Experience working with print templates and preparing files for production.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Competitive hour rate between $26 - $28.85 an hour, based on your experience and technical expertise
