Evening Kitchen/Dishwasher

Dishwasher Position
The Dishwasher will ensure that wares for the front and back of the house are clean and sanitized.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Restaurant experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must complete all required training and food safety/Department of Health certification.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a restaurant kitchen setting.
Frequent exposure to hot and cold conditions due to grills, oven, coolers and freezers.
Interaction:
~ Constant interaction with coworkers and waitstaff

Work Schedule:
Morning Shift 7a-3p Tuesday-Sunday OR
Evening Shift 3pm-close, Tuesday-Sunday (closing varies 11p-1am)
Must be able to work full time evening hours, some overtime, weekends, holidays and as needed.
Physical Functions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs, balance stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and/or sit up to eight hours per day.
Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and/or controls.
Reach with hands and arms.
Hearing and talking sufficient enough to communicate with members, guests, and staff.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, vision sufficient enough to read, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
Independent mobility throughout clubhouse.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
