Prep - Team Member

As a Prep Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, following food safety guidelines, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

Prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients according to company recipes and food safety standards

Assemble prep items (i.e., salads, wraps, parfaits, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and cold storage areas

Label, date, and rotate food to ensure freshness and prevent waste

Assist in unloading and storing deliveries as needed

Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure ingredient availability and proper stock levels

Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of hospitality and excellence, even in non-customer-facing roles

Qualifications include:

Must be 16 years of age or older

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Ability to stand on feet for entire shift

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and follow instructions
