Gamma Team Security Inc. provides high-quality security services to commercial, industrial, and private clients across Illinois. We are currently seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team.

The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, conducting patrols, observing activities, and reporting incidents. Officers in this role help prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and disruptions through professionalism, vigilance, and effective communication.

Monitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm equipment.

Manage facility access by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and documenting entries.

Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations.

Valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).

• 20 Hour Basic Training Certificate.
• S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.High school diploma or GED.
• Two types of identification documents, one of which is a government-issued photo ID.
• Previous security, customer service, military, or law enforcement experience.

Experience with security technology and reporting systems.

This position involves working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions. Training.
