Average starting salary $ 17.21 per hour

Teacher Assistants (TA) assist work within a classroom setting at The Guild School. Guiding and mentoring these students can bring enormous personal and job satisfaction! You can become an integral part of their growth, independence, and quality of life. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to create positive impacts on their individuals’ lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. A Guild TA earns an average of $18.25 per hour based on education, experience level, and holiday pay.

Provide direct instruction and support to students in the areas of academics, social skills, self-care (ADLs), and vocational tasks
Teach generalization in skill development and community integration
physical intervention training provided)
