Special Care Dentist

Elevate your career in a 100% Fee-for-Service environment. This is a concierge-style practice looking for a clinical “Super GP” who values relationship-based care over insurance-driven volume.
The practice operates as a high-tech center for advanced general dentistry, allowing doctors to keep complex cases in-house.
- Advanced Technology: CBCT, 3D printer, hard/soft tissue lasers, CEREC, implant system.
- Broad Scope: Cosmetic dentistry, implant placement, surgical extractions, molar endodontics, and oral sedation.
- Fee-for-Service Patient Base: Purely out-of-network
- Production: The office supports high-earning potential, with current associates producing at a pace of $1M+ annually.
- Professional Growth: The owner provides active mentorship in both clinical techniques and communication coaching to help associates thrive in a non-insurance environment.
- $300,000+ Income: Initial guarantee with 32-36% of adjusted production , benefits
- Partnership Potential after a successful associate period
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of private practice experience and a “Super GP” mindset.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency or a strong desire to master implants, surgery, and endo.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with a discerning patient base.
