Ensure all guests are treated in a consistent, courteous, and professional manner.
Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve guest concerns diplomatically and effectively.

Enforce sanitation policies and safety standards throughout the kitchen and restaurant areas.

Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.
Knowledge of food service standards and alcoholic beverage service.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
General knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and guest service standards.
Knowledge of state and local health and sanitation regulations.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming standards.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
Attendance at all required meetings and training sessions.
Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Desired Software Proficiencies

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Experience with hospitality or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Education and Experience

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Physical Requirements

Work is primarily performed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to four (4) hours at a time.
Ability to work effectively in confined or limited spaces.
Ability to move throughout the property as needed to perform job duties.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and stretch while performing assigned duties.
Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to operate required equipment and tools.
Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, writing, grasping, climbing, and repetitive movements.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, managers, and coworkers.
Requires visual acuity for reading, monitoring operations, and performing detailed tasks.
Requires hearing ability sufficient to communicate effectively in a hospitality environment.
