Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.

• ARRT-T (Radiotherapy Technologist) certification.
• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required for practice in the state.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Experience working in high-volume outpatient radiation therapy settings or cancer clinics.
• Experience with EPIC/ARIA electronic medical records.
• Ability to work within a team of therapists and under department leadership.

Previous experience at an outpatient cancer clinic treating a high daily patient volume (60–100 patients/day).

• Experience across multiple linear accelerator platforms. Shift Hours: 0800 - 2000.

Potential to float to other Radiation Therapy sites in the greater Charlotte area, with manager approval if needed.

As a Radiation Therapist in this outpatient cancer clinic, you will operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization, verify treatment plans and dosages with the oncology team, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and maintain accurate patient records. Your role supports timely, safe delivery of radiation therapy and contributes to departmental efficiency and patient outcomes.

Visitors can access nearby Lake Norman and Lake Wylie for boating and waterfront recreation roughly 20–35 minutes away. National Whitewater Center is about 20 minutes from downtown and provides rafting, climbing, and extensive trail systems for outdoor activity. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
