Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
Direct and manage custom application work
Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
Provide customer service for internal and external customers
Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular safety inspections
5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry

• CDL & Custom Applicator license preferred
• Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred
• Agricultural based degree desired
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
