We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist to join our team in Phillipsburg, NJ.
In this role, you will provide full-spectrum outpatient psychiatric care with collaborative support from Advanced Practitioners.
Key responsibilities include: delivering quality mental health services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in resident and medical student education.
Qualifications and skills: board certification or eligibility in psychiatry, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Our organization offers an integrated network of mental health and addiction services across multiple campuses, with inpatient beds and specialized programs.
We provide a competitive salary range of $285,000-$335,000 , $20K starting bonus , final-year residency stipend , and comprehensive benefits including relocation, malpractice, health and dental insurance, and CME allowance.
