As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Alps at Wayne Rehab , you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. Key Responsibilities of LPN
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
Assist physicians during rounds and exams
Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Current LPN license valid in NJ
Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
