Job Description\n GHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Boise, Idaho.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Telemetry\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 11/30/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2421.52\n \n Opportunity:\n FLOAT POOL - Clinical Support Unit Boise Hospital (ED, M/S & TELE)\n Job Details:\n • 12-hour shifts available as either 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\n • Night shift focus with weekends as needed\n • No on-call or standby requirements\n • Float pool position - may be assigned to any facility in the region including Boise, Meridian, and Nampa within specialty or as a 1:1 sitter in any area\n • Unit assignment provided via app 1 hour before shift starts; all hospitals are approximately 20 minutes apart and located off the interstate\n • Travelers are first to float and may be floated mid-shift to different units and facilities as needed\n • No self-scheduling; block scheduling attempted but not guaranteed\n • Every other weekend requirement; holiday coverage filled in as needed\n • Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per 13-week assignment\n • Nurse-to-patient ratios: ED holds 1:4; Med/Surg 1:5\n • Must have minimum 2 years of experience in specialty and previous travel experience\n • Must be comfortable titrating drips including cardizem, amiodarone, nitro, heparin, and insulin\n • Must be able to read and interpret telemetry independently\n • Common diagnoses include post-op, ortho, neuro, satellite tele, medical, oncology, CVA/TIA, chest pain, abdominal pain, and CHF\n • ED holds experience preferred\n • No specific scrub color required; clean and professional appearance required\n • Charting system: EPIC\n • BSN not required\n • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA or ARC), BLS (AHA or ARC)\n Facility:\n This healthcare system operates multiple acute care facilities across the region, including Level 2 and Level 4 trauma centers with Stroke and STEMI receiving capabilities. The facilities feature robust emergency departments, comprehensive medical/surgical units, and telemetry services.
