Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, travel assignment in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Start date 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,616-$2,752 per week. Guaranteed hours 72 hours biweekly. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights. Work in a hospital-based setting with float responsibilities to MS Tele floors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical telemetry patients, including routine assessments and timely documentation
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and respond to arrhythmias per protocol
• Administer medications and IV therapies, following physician orders and safety standards
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Maintain accurate charting in the electronic medical record and ensure proper handoffs during shifts
• Float to like units and overflow areas as needed, maintaining competency on telemetry standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license (Massachusetts) or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam; 85% passing score required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of critical paths and nursing best practices
• Willingness to float to other MS Tele floors and overflow areas as needed
• Onboarding includes pass/fail ECG/Telemetry test; tests administered via Zoom with a defined passing threshold
