Assist in facilitating the company's full-cycle hiring process including recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and the coordination thereof, and onboarding

Draft company-wide communications regarding benefits, employee incentives, etc.

Determine and attend university and local career networking events for potential candidates

Passively and actively engage prospective candidates via various platforms

Assist in ensuring that employee equipment functional and available for new and current employees

Lead onboarding process for all new hires - welcome, walk through equipment, provide information regarding company practices, and review all company systems

Input all new and current employee information into HRIS system that the Company utilizes in a confidential manner

Send employee paperwork, via Company system, to new hire prior to start date

Format proposals and project deliverables for management team members

Manage and oversee assigned office operations - order supplies, monitor supply levels, clean common spaces, assist in addressing employee situations that arise

Coordinate office events that promote employee engagement

Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or closely related field

Relevant work experience

Legal authorization to work in the United States
