Flex Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Home

Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
Provide resident care and direct nursing care during the assigned shift
Make staff assignments
Mentor and educate nursing personnel
Work with physicians and other medical professionals
Practice in accordance with accepted standards, state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and the state Nurse Practice Act
Requirements Active and in-good-standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required
Prior Registered Nurse experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Passion for working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Professional image in appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
