Full Time Litigation Paralegal

The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in managing litigation matters from initial intake through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and maintaining case files and calendars. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clarksville, TN, requiring consistent in-office collaboration with attorneys and staff. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who can manage multiple cases and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review, with the ability to draft, format, and organize case materials accurately.

Experience with litigation-related pleadings and motions, including drafting, filing, and tracking court submissions.

Proficiency in legal research using online and traditional tools, and the ability to summarize findings clearly for attorney review.

Comfort with legal practice management software, document management systems, and common office applications.

Prior experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant preferred; paralegal certification or relevant coursework is a plus.

15 - 30 per hour commensurate with experience
