Server/Host/Shift Lead

Lead Host Opportunity At Bayshore Club

Bayshore Club is seeking a Lead Host to join a world-class team at our waterfront restaurant in Coconut Grove!

Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant

Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table

Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have

Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure an even workload for wait staff

Answering phones and scheduling reservations with large parties

High school diploma or GED (Preferred)

Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry

Good communication skills and phone etiquette

Flexibility when working alternating shifts

Hostess experience with large restaurants (300 seats or more) a plus

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
