Electrical Power Engineering

Electrical Engineer, Orlando, FLWe are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the team. Successful Electrical Engineer will have 6-10+ of experience in Electrical Design/Engineering of electrical building systems and preparing detailed electrical engineering drawings and calculations. You will be responsible for the design of electrical systems from schematics through construction administration on a wide range of building types including Commercial, Public Sector, Residential, and Municipal. This position is 100% Onsite and not open for Remote.Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:Designing and developing complex electrical systems and products, using cutting-edge software such as REVIT.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet the project requirements and are compliant with industry standards and regulations.Conducting thorough analyses of new and existing electrical systems, identifying potential improvements and implementing changes where necessary.Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and commissioning procedures.Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the field of electrical engineering and power generation and using this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.Electrical Engineer Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ABET Accredited College or University.Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.Proficient in Revit Software and AutoCAD.Develop electrical designs from concept through completion of construction.Prepare engineering design calculations and layouts.Prepare detailed engineering reports and narratives.Coordinate electrical design requirements with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines.Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Accredited Professional and previous experience participating in the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) or other green rating system process is preferred.Experience and interest in sustainable building design is preferred.Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, PTO, etc. Salary: 80K+ DOE.
