Phlebotomist - Full Time Permanent

Job Description:
Healthcare Talent Support is seeking a highly qualified Phlebotomist. This is a 3 month temporary assignment with the potential to extend or go permanent.
Duties
Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens from patients in an inpatient setting
Ensure proper patient identification and labeling of specimens
Follow established laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Prepare specimens for transport to the laboratory for testing
Accurately record and document patient information and test results
Skills

• 6 months + Phlebotomy experience
• Phlebotomy certification
• Ability to perform venipuncture
• Familiarity with specimen collection processing and blood sampling
• Excellent computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
