Your Mentors Are Former AVMA and WVMA Presidents

Dr. Douglas Kratt served as AVMA President in 2020 and as President of the WVMA. Dr. Kimberly Kratt is a former President of the WVMA and an instructor in ultrasonography. Together, they built Central Animal Hospital and are looking for the right person to grow alongside them — and eventually into ownership.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary $115,000–$135,000 depending on experience, plus production bonus (18–22% of revenue generated)

Future practice ownership opportunity

Continuing education allowance: $2,500/year + paid CE days

Paid licensing fees, DEA registration, and professional dues

AVMA PLIT professional liability coverage paid

Paid time off + paid holidays
