About the Position Our doctors and hygienists work closely together to provide comprehensive patient care, with a strong emphasis on periodontal health and evidence-based treatment.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a practice that values collaboration and continued education while giving you the ability to develop strong relationships with your patients and make a meaningful impact on their oral health.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience

Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings

Take diagnostic dental X-rays

Identify periodontal disease, gingivitis, and other oral health conditions

Provide individualized preventive and periodontal hygiene treatment

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment

Communicate clinical findings and periodontal needs with the dental team

Collaborate with dentists on periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning

Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation

Follow OSHA, sterilization, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Washington State Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain

New graduates are welcome to apply

Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program

Required X-ray certification

Laser certification preferred

Experience with dental practice management software preferred

Strong communication and patient education skills

Excellent organization and time management

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach
