Reference: 13338The OpportunityWe have an immediate and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Regional Building team in the West Midlands. You will have responsibility of project operational management team under your direct control.We need someone who can lead and manage projects, ensuring they are fully resourced and delivered safely, on time and within budget to high quality client specifications. You will be a proactive, creative, and logical individual with a solution focused outlook. Implementing and maintaining Tilbury Douglas Strategy and Policies for Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, Training and Development etc. Ensuring the project team comply with the Companies Integrated Management System.Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc to maximise commercial profitability whilst maintaining quality.Work alongside our supporting disciplines - Planning, design management, commercial and document control to achieve the best project outcomes.Managing, supporting, mentoring, and counselling members of the project team in their personal development.Providing aftercare services to the customer.To support and be familiar with your own role and responsibilities in respect of Business Continuity Planning.
