Chenega Agile Real‑Time Solutions (CARS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage mission‑critical Web and Mobile Application Development projects for the DoD DHA Web & Mobile Technology (W&MT) PMO.
Responsibilities Oversee multiple critical projects in Web and Mobile Application Development for the DoD DHA Web & Mobile Technology (W&MT) PMO.
Lead and motivate teams to foster collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
Coordinate communication among site owners, W&MT clients, and diverse Project Teams.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and team members.
Apply deep knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrate change management skills, effectively navigating organizational change.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with change, ensuring engagement and communication throughout the process.
Plan and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Exhibit technical management and supervisory experience.
Provide effective supervision and guidance to team members.
Implement Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering Site Architecture, Usability, Development, Design, Accessibility, and Compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience.
SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master, or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification (preferred).
Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
ITIL 4 Certification (preferred).
Background check with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of Agile project management methodologies and best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross‑functional teams.
Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting.
Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time‑related constraints in a fast‑paced contracting environment.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals.
Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting, as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired.
Good problem‑solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it.
