Demand Architect is responsible for creating an accurate and achievable collaborative consensus plan in close partnership with Sales, Product Management, and Finance. Manage demand planning and forecasting for purchasing to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products for global customers

Identify risks and opportunities in the demand plan, escalating and communicating appropriately

Work with Supply Planning and Sales stakeholders to shape demand and optimize business performance

Adapt communication of data, insights, statistical modeling, and market trends to various audiences

Collaborate across the organization to ensure that appropriate data is available and accurate for S&OP process meetings

Prepare all data and metrics for demand‑related S&OP meetings and reviews; guide final decision‑making on open items, trade‑offs, and risk mitigation proposals

Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support decision‑making by Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership

SKU level demand planning to incorporate weekly and monthly reporting of key performance indicators for product transitions by collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Planning leadership

Manage analysis of hardware lifecycle information to create a hardware ramp‑up/ramp‑down plan to optimize inventory and fulfill customer requirements

Support analysis for excess & obsolete inventory, root causes, and process improvements

Identify, implement, and integrate systems, solutions, and processes to improve business and operational processes, reduce costs, enhance key performance indicators, and achieve organizational targets

Proficient at creating and analyzing business information and defining key business results/metrics with a proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SFDC, and Tableau

Document and share best practice methods, processes, and ideas across the business's supply‑chain operations to drive continuous improvements in all aspects of business operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related experience

5+ years professional experience in statistical forecasting and consensus demand planning

2+ years of experience in data analytics and implementing AI solutions across supply chain functions

In‑depth knowledge of the components of Demand Management and how forecasting, supply planning, demand analysis, and sales and operations work cohesively and successfully

Demand planning prowess, significant experience challenging the status quo, uncovering hidden trends, and highlighting risk areas
