Head of Development Management
Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited
Takeda is seeking a Director, Head of Cell Line Development to lead a team of scientists and design strategies for mammalian cell line development supporting a diverse biologics portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end development, ensure regulatory readiness, manage budget, and collaborate across functions to enable IND/IMPD filings.
This role requires deep expertise in CLD, leadership skills, and a proven track record in cell line engineering and process development for complex biologics.
