Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Enter job/compensation changes, new hire information, and terminations into UKG Pro for global entities.
File and manage employee, payroll, and corporate records within UKG Document Manager in accordance with federal and/or local regulations.
Assist HRIS team with large-scale system audits, implementations, or product upgrades.
Assist HRIS Administrator with monitoring UKG People Assist tickets and creating knowledge articles.
Respond to unemployment responses and employment verification requests.
Learning Monitor new hire and Compensation & Benefits training completion, following up with employees and managers when needed.
Assist HRIS team with creating content for various courses using Articulate and AI tools.

HR Marketing Create HR marketing material for employee distribution using Canva.
Update the Bizplay system with marketing material for all US locations as needed.

Assist Compensation & Benefits team with Open Enrollment activities, such as preparing marketing and communications, setting meeting invitations, etc.
Other duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate’s degree in business or HR-related discipline (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR-related discipline (Preferred)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
