Qualifications: Experienced caregiver with a strong background working in flex/agency assignments and facility-based settings , including assisted living, nursing homes, and private care is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different care environments, client needs, and care plans
Skilled in providing personal care , companionship, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities
Knowledgeable in safety practices, infection control, and resident dignity and confidentiality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Valid driver’s license , reliable personal vehicle , and current auto insurance for transportation to clients and facilities
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and light housekeeping
Monitor well-being and communicate updates
Document care provided
