Neighborhood Veterinary Center is looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team.
Our receptionist is much more than the person who answers the phone. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and animals, communicates professionally, takes initiative, and can stay organized in a busy veterinary environment.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will help keep our front desk and daily client experience running smoothly. Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Assist clients with questions and direct medical questions to the appropriate veterinary team member
Process payments and assist with front-desk transactions
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Help create a compassionate and positive experience for every client and patient
What We're Looking For: Previous veterinary receptionist experience is required.

Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence communicating with clients both in person and over the phone
Comfortable working with computers, scheduling programs, and veterinary software
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred
