Senior Associate, Civil Engineering

Job TitleIncumbents perform advanced civil and traffic engineering reviews that demand a higher level of technical expertise and independent judgment than the associate level. Incumbents perform advanced civil and traffic engineering reviews that demand a higher level of technical expertise and independent judgment than the associate level. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating moderately complex engineering projects.Education and/or experience: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and two (2) years of civil and/or traffic engineering design and review experience in land development projects. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.Certifications, licenses, registrations: Must have at time of hire a valid Arizona Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certificate. Must have at time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License.Selection process: Applicants whose education, training and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview.
