SHIFT Production Packer

Position Title: Packer Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm (Friday - Sunday) We are seeking reliable and hardworking Packing Associates to join our co-packing facility in Bloomingdale, IL. In this role, you will assist with the packing, labeling, and preparation of food and beverage products for shipment. This position is hands‑on and requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment while performing repetitive tasks.
Packer Responsibilities: Pack food and beverage products according to company and customer specifications
Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials
Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
Apply labels and ensure products are properly packaged
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday
Lift and move boxes or materials weighing up to 30 pounds
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements for Packer: Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Comfortable performing repetitive motions and manual tasks
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to frequently reach, bend, grasp and perform repetitive hand/arm movements
Ability to lift and carry products or materials up to 30 pounds
Ability to work safely around production and packaging equipment
IND133 Previous warehouse, food production, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus, but not required.
