As a Client Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus is growing our agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You'll spend your time building relationships, creating opportunities, and developing a strong personal book of business.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business opportunities

Develop referral relationships within the community

Conduct insurance consultations with prospective clients

Prepare personalized insurance proposals

Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline

Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service

Meet individual production goals

Participate in ongoing sales training and development

Qualifications:

Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented with a competitive attitude

Strong organization and time management

Comfortable making outbound calls and networking

Coachable with a desire to continually improve
