What You'll Do:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to maximize independence and function

Address ADLs, mobility, safety awareness, and adaptive equipment needs

Collaborate with physicians, care teams, residents, and families

Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning

Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to support positive outcomes

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active state Occupational Therapist license

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills
