Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Location: Raleigh, NC Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2170.13 - 2278.64 Schedule: 07:00 - 15:00; 07:00 - 19:00 x 2 shifts and 07:00 - 15:00 x 2 shifts; 40 hours per week Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience; ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications; NC or Compact license in hand; every other weekend/every other holiday availability; flu vaccine required with no exemptions or declinations accepted; onsite EKG/Telemetry exam required
Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting.
Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changing conditions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow facility policies and applicable care standards.
