Location: Chestnut Hill Hospital, 8835 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118

Start Date: 04/28/2026

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Setting: Hospital, Onsite

Modalities: X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy

Procedures: Biopsies (thyroid, lung, bone, liver, renal, CT-guided, ultrasound-guided), Drainages (paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage, chest tube, cyst drainage), Lumbar Punctures, Arthrograms

Expected Volume: 90-100 studies per day

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Locum/Temporary

Licenses/Certifications: State Medical License, Board Certification in Radiology

Experience: Prior radiology experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour (all-inclusive, includes malpractice, travel, and expenses)

What You'll Do

Provide diagnostic imaging interpretation across multiple modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, US, and fluoroscopy

Conduct minimally invasive procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and lumbar punctures

Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver timely and accurate reports

Ensure patient safety and compliance with radiology standards

Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and findings

Support hospital imaging needs during scheduled shifts

Contribute to quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment

What You Need

Required:

Valid state medical license in Pennsylvania

Board Certification in Radiology

Proven experience in general diagnostic radiology and interventional procedures

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Experience with on-site hospital radiology operations

Ability to handle a broad case mix efficiently
