Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your main responsibilities will include filling client orders with quality candidates and ensuring their smooth transition to the job site. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach to identify and recruit skilled candidates, often with urgency. You'll work closely with the HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure accurate completion of required documentation. Process employee applications and ensure new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Onboarding Documents) is completed

• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, identify candidates, update employee records, and complete employee onboarding.
• Utilize various recruiting tools such as our job posting platforms, text messaging software, and more.
• Engage with candidate leads actively to build a talent pipeline.
• Leverage your network and establish relationships to source top candidates.
• Assist candidates with resume writing and creation as needed.
• Provide interview coaching when necessary.
• Support the payroll process, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Proven experience in recruiting (ideally within a staffing agency or in-house recruitment) or customer service.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications, think critically, and make informed hiring recommendations based on the client’s requirements.

19.00 - $21.00 Per Hour DOE + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

This is a full-time position.

• Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
• This position is in office in Logan, UT operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demand.
