We are seeking an experienced Flexo Press Operator . The ideal candidate will have strong technical press skills, a sharp eye for quality, and a team-oriented, “can-do” attitude.

Review job tickets and verify that stock, inks, and dies match specifications.

Set up the press, including installation of anilox rolls, inks, stock, dies, and plates.

Set impressions and register print-to-print and print-to-die.

Load designated materials and inks; Complete all start-up checks and obtain approval before running production.

Operate the press to produce top-quality labels with minimal scrap and downtime.

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum 3 years of experience operating a flexographic color label press in a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Commitment to teamwork, accuracy, and consistent quality.

Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally without assistance

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently throughout the shift

Ability to lift to 75 pounds occasionally with team assistance or mechanical lifting equipment

Ability to reach above shoulder level and below the waist to load materials and perform press setup

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and twist during press operation, setup, and maintenance

Ability to visually inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and defects, including close and distance vision

Ability to distinguish color variations and maintain print registration accuracy

Ability to hear and respond to machine sounds, alarms, and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work in moderate to loud manufacturing noise environments

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Ability to maintain regular attendance and work overtime as needed
