The Willis Knighton Health System Respiratory Care Department is offering PRN positions for Respiratory Therapists.
Responsibilities
Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory-Oxygen & Treatment
Responsibilities include general floor care and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department, CCU, ICU, PACU, PICU, and Level III NICU. Future opportunities may include work in the Bronchoscopy Lab, Pulmonary Function Lab, Hyperbaric & Wound Care Clinic, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Respiratory Therapists trained for NICU may also serve on the ground and air transport call team.
Qualifications
Must schedule a minimum of 32 hours / 2 week shift schedule
Current NBRC Credential / LSBME Licensure / BLS Certification
Licensure from the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners is required for employment
RRTs with at least 6 months of CCU experience will be considered for training and participation on the ECMO Team.
