The Dabney

The Dabney Cellar is seeking a skilled and hospitality-driven bartender to join our team. Located beneath The Dabney, The Dabney Cellar offers a lively and welcoming environment focused on seasonal Mid-Atlantic seafood, thoughtful cocktails, and warm, genuine hospitality.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both crafting cocktails and engaging with guests on the floor.
2+ years bartending experience in a restaurant or cocktail-focused environment

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest experience
Comfort working both behind the bar and serving tables
Prepare cocktails, wine, and other beverages with consistency and care

Provide attentive service to bar guests and tables
Guide guests through beverage selections and menu offerings
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
