What You'll Do Drive new business growth through proactive sales activity, relationship building, and needs-based insurance consultations
Work agency-provided inbound and outbound leads daily

Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive, performance-based compensation structure
Base salary plus strong commission opportunities for top producers
Uncapped commission and significant earning potential
First-year producers typically earn $60,000-$80,000
Top performers have historically earned six-figure incomes through a combination of base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives

Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Prior insurance sales experience preferred
Strong phone sales, objection handling, and closing skills
