Phlebotomist

Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, using skillful and safe techniques.

Prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Maintain detailed records and documentation of collections and procedures.

Perform specimen collection and processing duties in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

Travel between multiple collection sites as needed to meet staffing requirements.

Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Excellent phlebotomy skills with experience in pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, peers, and supervisors.

Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment under minimal supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections; Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are required if travel between sites is necessary.
