Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to oversee and manage inventory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory counts by performing accurate inventory practices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable working with inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels

Conduct regular stock counts and audits

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

Coordinate product replenishment and transfers between locations

Maintain organized stockrooms and ensure proper product handling

Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities

Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices

Support seasonal inventory planning and promotional stock needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in inventory management software (Epicor) and Microsoft Excel

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Fluent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed

Preferred Skills:

Experience with POS systems and retail operations

Familiarity with Epicor (Eagle Browser), Excel

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
