This is a player-coach role, with ~70–80% of your time focused on leading, coaching, and driving execution, and ~20–30% spent coding alongside the team. You'll manage a team of 3 full-time engineers, 1 QA engineer, and a fractional data analyst, and be responsible for both how the team operates and what it delivers.
You'll sit at the intersection of product, design, and customer impact, helping translate vision into thoughtful, high-quality execution. Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, elevating quality, velocity, and ownership.
Drive fast, high-quality execution while contributing to critical code and architecture
Strengthen our technical foundation for scale, including performance, reliability, and system design.
Uphold a high bar for security and data protection, given the sensitivity of our product.
Improve engineering processes, systems, and team structure as we grow.
Help define what great engineering looks like at Remento.
8–10 years of software engineering experience, including prior experience leading or mentoring engineers.

• Experience building and scaling consumer products and platforms with connectivity to the marketing tech stack preferred.
• Strong data orientation and deep interest in applying AI to real-world workflows and improving how teams build.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience working in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B)
