Weekend Digital Producer

MS NOW is looking for a Digital Producer for The Moment with Katy Tur, airing weekdays from 2PM - 4PM.

Produce and publish social media and digital content for the show and anchor across YouTube, Bluesky, X, TikTok, MS NOW and MS NOW's DTC products

Develop a compelling digital presence for the show and anchor in partnership with the show team

Identify and develop timely on-air moments and original content for the show's digital and social platforms

Write copy for social media and digital posts

Pitch, edit, shoot and post original social media and digital content

Produce the show's original content for MS NOW's DTC products

Research and develop digital content to support segments and interviews

Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in live television, preferably cable news

Thorough knowledge of current events, US politics, geopolitics, foreign policy and history

Experience producing compelling social media and digital content

Ability to identify clips & moments that will generate views, clicks and traffic to the show's digital & social platforms

Must be proficient in desktop editing

Proficient in editing with Avid

Wide-range reader of news, including op-eds

Must be willing to work weekends

Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking news
