Senior Manufacturing Engineering

You will be the Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the SITC Manufacturing Engineering group. As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for converting complex designs into actionable production guidance and enhancing manufacturing efficiency across missile-defense programs.
Translate engineering blueprints and parts lists into clear work instructions.
Develop and implement process automation and advanced manufacturing techniques.
Lead root-cause corrective actions and Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
Design and optimize processes to reduce cost, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Position requires 3+ years of experience with a related Bachelor's degree or a related Master's degree
Citizen and have the ability to obtain a U.Experience writing technical work instructions
SAP Experience
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing, concepts, and techniques
Experience working with electro-mechanical and/or optical assemblies
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
