Emergency Room (ER) RN - Weekend Nights

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00, with weekdays, every other weekend, and holidays included.

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, with the ability to provide critical care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Provide care for patients with a variety of emergency conditions.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Monitor and document patient progress in the medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.

Current RN license (WV or compact license) required.

Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS; CPI and TNCC preferred.

Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
